【Rider lineup】Yoshimura SERT Motul 2023 Rider lineup

The reorganised Yoshimura SERT Motul finalises its rider line-up to reclaim the FIM Endurance World Championship title in 2023.

Gregg Black

I am very happy to continue with Yoshimura SERT Motul in 2023 season and I believe that we can battle for new historical victories as we all have good experiences!
Our primary goal is to regain the EWC title and we will be more determined after the 2022 title narrowly escaped us.
I am really looking forward to the new season coming up to see again my team at the first tests in order to offer you a season full of promises!
In addition, I am very happy to be able to represent the Suzuki brand around the world for all the many fans supporting us!

Sylvain Guintoli

After lots of success in 2021 & 2022 series, I am so glad and really looking forward to continue the story with Team “Yoshimura SERT Motul”. It’s a great news for my carrier and I am glad we can keep the challenge together.
The goal in 2023 season is to enter each event with the target of winning and to regain our number1 plate on our hands.
Can’t wait to be in Le Mans with my team, teammates and our Suzuki GSX-R1000R. Let’s fight!

Etienne Masson

I’m so glad to come back to the Suzuki family and even more to join the Yoshimura SERT Motul.
I know a lot of people in the team not only French side but also from Japan, and I’m really excited to work again with them.
My teammates are the best riders in the Endurance World Championship and I feel 3 of us are the strongest riders in the championship.
I have lots of experiences on the GSX-R1000R but it is new for me with the Bridgestone tires, and I am so excited to the first ride and I will quickly prepare for the race in Le Mans.
Thanks to the Yoshimura SERT Motul to trust in me. I just can’t wait to start working with them and to open my new chapter of my career.

Yohei Kato
Team Director
Yoshimura SERT Motul

I am very excited to announce our rider line-up for 2023.
Our Rider Captain, Gregg Black will be in a leadership role while showing his fighting spirit. I expect Sylvain Guintoli to be the backbone of the team and he would be showing his experience and consistent performance again. To make a new trio, I am very pleased to welcome Etienne Masson back to the Suzuki team!
All three riders are experienced with high skill and I expect this trio with our crews and Suzuki GSX-R1000R will bring Yoshimura SERT Motul up in the new stage.
Since Suzuka 8H is going to be a unique race, we might be considering to appoint a Japanese rider for the event, but we will aim to win all three 24-hour endurance races with the trio.
