TMR-MJN Carburetor Kit

TMR-MJN (Multiple Jet Nozzle)
While adopting a φ36 bore size equivalent to the OEM specification, this carburetor achieves a significant increase in power output in the mid to high RPM range.

In addition, even at very small throttle openings—where precise control is required—the MJN system delivers optimally atomized fuel, resulting in smooth and controllable throttle response. This enables a mild, easy-to-handle character and ensures reliable performance even on a stock engine.

Dedicated Spigot
Yoshimura TMR-MJN carburetors are designed with optimized spigot length to position the carburetor body as close to the engine as possible, shortening the intake tract.

This model features a newly developed ultra-short dedicated spigot, contributing to improved throttle response and increased power output at high RPM.

Additionally, the design ensures proper clearance to avoid interference with the alternator and drain bolt.

Side-Link Conversion
The carburetor configuration has been thoroughly re-evaluated from every aspect, including component clearance and throttle cable routing. As a result, converting from the conventional center-link layout to a side-link configuration was determined to be the optimal solution.

To achieve this, each production TMR carburetor is fully disassembled into individual cylinders, then carefully inspected and adjusted. Every unit is meticulously hand-assembled by experienced Yoshimura mechanics.

Note on Installation
If the carburetor throttle bracket interferes with the heat guard on the left-side middle cowl, modification or removal of the heat guard may be required.
