What is Dual Stack Funnel System?

Dual Stack Funnel is one of a carburetor intake system developed from Yoshimura racing technology.It is a combination of two air funnels that optimize the air flow from low to high throttle opening ratio.

Traditionally, long air funnel is used at lower rpm range and short air funnel is used at high rpm range to gain performance,and Yoshimura was seeking for a new carburetor intake system to take these advantages

The new system is first used in 2005 Suzuka 8 hours and development is matured through the Japanese Superbike Championship.

Features of Dual Stack Funnel system

*Rectifies air flow at both low to high throttle opening ratio.

*Increase additional performance that cannot achieve with a single funnel.

*Enables very accurate intake setting by combining different funnel length.

At low throttle opening ratio

First Funnel

The first funnel works as a sub-funnel and assists additional air intake.

Second Funnel

The second funnel works as a main funnel.

At high throttle opening ratio

First Funnel

The first funnel works as a main funnel and rectifies fast air flow.

Second Funnel

The second funnel works as a sub-funnel and assists additional air intake.
